Previous things I've been up to

• Being VP University Affairs at SSMU, the undergraduate student association at McGill, for 2024/25. The job involves advocating to McGill administration, coordinating student presence on university committees and on Senate, and pursuing various equity initiatives
• Reading and annotating the often-used, and much derided, parliamentary authority Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised (12th Ed.)
• Doing web design for, and running the Mastodon account of, Wild Pride, a community-lead alternative to Fierté Montreal
• Co-running a 'stop automated deadnaming' campaign at McGill, along with a colleague
• Learning stenography using a steno writer!
